Ahaia is a free knowledge service offering short, AI-edited summaries and links to external sources. Its content is general information and must not be treated as medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Sources and accuracy

We aim to use authoritative sources, but cannot guarantee that every statement is always complete or error-free. Check the original sources before making important decisions. External websites are responsible for their own content and terms.

Copyright and media

Ahaia creates original factual summaries and links to source pages instead of reproducing articles. It does not intentionally reproduce lyrics, dialogue, literary passages, reviews or other expressive excerpts. External images are displayed only when reusable rights metadata indicates Public Domain, CC0, CC BY 4.0 or CC BY-SA 4.0 use; otherwise Ahaia's own topic visual is used. Image credits and licence links are shown on the image.

Acceptable use

You may use Ahaia for personal and lawful purposes. Attempts to disrupt the service, bypass security or automatically collect content at scale are prohibited. The service may change or be temporarily unavailable.

Privacy and storage

No registration is required, and Ahaia does not collect public readers' names, email addresses or passwords. Your acceptance, likes, viewed posts, topic preferences, Aha Points, levels, daily goals and badges are stored locally on this device. To understand and improve the service, Ahaia stores a random device ID with likes, qualified scroll views, story opens, active foreground time, coarse platform type and whether the app runs standalone or in a browser. For the anonymous leaderboard, Ahaia also stores verified point events and shows an automatically generated alias, score and rank to other users. Your device ID is never displayed on the leaderboard. This information is pseudonymous and is not used to identify you. You can create a new device ID and reset local progress by clearing Ahaia's site data. Advertising providers may process data under their own privacy and consent settings.

Age and liability

The service is intended for people aged 13 and over and is used at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Ahaia is not liable for indirect loss or for decisions based solely on its summaries.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. If a material change is made, you will be asked to accept the new version. Version 1.3, 23 September 2026.
